Jesse Branham MS, USAW, FMS
I was born and raised in Grand Junction, Colorado, and have dedicated more than 30 years to the health, fitness, and rehabilitation industries. My career began as a formally licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), specializing in sports medicine and neurology. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients and athletes, helping them improve movement, function, performance, and overall quality of life.
As a PTA, I worked at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado, as well as TherapyWorks in Grand Junction, where I gained extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and neurological care.
I recently earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement, further strengthening my expertise in exercise science, biomechanics, and performance enhancement. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, allowing me to develop individualized programs that help clients safely and effectively achieve their goals.
I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue continuing education opportunities to stay current with the latest research and training methodologies. My certifications include TRX Sports Medicine, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 2, USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field, Kettlebell Training, and CrossFit.
In addition to performance and fitness training, I offer recovery services, including Normatec Recovery Boots, to support optimal recovery, injury prevention, and enhanced athletic performance.
